Delivery & Returns Information

We offer standard tracked delivery to the UK on all orders at a flat rate of £4.99. We also offer a free click and collect service. Standard UK delivery usually takes 2-4 working days and can take a little longer during busy periods. If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days of placing your order, please contact us.

For deliveries to Europe, we offer a fixed tracked delivery rate of £5.95 Deliveries to Europe usually take 5-7 working days but can take a little longer during busy periods. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days of you placing your order, please contact us. 

For deliveries to the Rest of the World, we offer a fixed tracked delivery rate of £8.95 Rest of World deliveries usually take 7-10 working days but can take a little longer during busy periods. If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days of you placing your order, please contact us. 

At Serenity we offer a 14-day, return policy for UK customers and 21-days for non-UK customers. In the very unlikely event that your item is faulty, we will of course exchange or refund your order.

To receive a refund, the item must be in an original, saleable and un-opened condition. If the item is found to be in breach of this, no refund will be given.

Please note, that all returns postage is at the buyer’s expense unless the item is faulty.
