Our Massages are booked in time slots, during this time we will concentrate on the areas where you need it the most, or you may simple want to relax with a Full Body Massage for this we would recommend the 55 or 70 minute Massage.
If you have deep tension, muscular aches and pains we would also recommend adding on the hot stones to your massage to enable the therapist to work more deeply.
