We offer a variety of intimate waxing treatments using hot wax to help you get rid of unwanted hair.
What is the purpose of hot wax?
Where should you use hot wax?
Many of our clients choose Hot Wax for bikini or Brazilian waxing as its more comfortable. Hot Wax is also popular for underarms and areas of the face and eyebrows. It is generally not used for large areas of the body such as legs, arms and back
What is the after care advise?
NO hot shower or bath for at least 12 hours. Once your follicles close you can return to your normal bathing routine. Just use warm or cool water for bathing after a wax.
No perfumed products applied to the area for 48 hours.
Wear loose clothing for the next 12 hours.
Can i have a wax whilst pregnant?
Waxing during pregnancy is common; however, with increased hormones and blood flow, pregnant women may be more sensitive to waxing.
What should I do for maintenance between waxing treatments?
Exfoliate. To improve waxing results and reduce your chances of getting ingrown hairs, it is recommended that a few days prior to, and after your waxing appointment, you gently exfoliate the skin. You can exfoliate as much as 3 times a week. Removing dead skin cells keeps your skin healthy and soft in-between waxing.
Moisturise. To keep skin hydrated and smooth whilst helping new hairs to reach the surface of the skin without becoming ingrown, moisturise daily with a non perfumed product. Such as the Australian body care after wax.
